I started working with Cory at your firm initially and then was switched to Marcus. When that happened I was not to happy. But Marcus has turned out to be the best real estate agent we have worked with over the years. My wife and I are 110% happy with the assistance Marcus has provided to us. Here are some reasons: 1. patient - we wanted to look at land to build a home and existing homes. He never rushed us and was very willing to drive all over Washington to see property we wanted to look at. And when we began negotiating for the property he never rushed us but worked with us. 2. Prepared - Marcus had always done his homework on each piece of property and provided us with legal docs, MLS reports or whatever was available. 3. Professional- Marcus was always on time, pleasant, and gave good advise. 4. HONEST - my wife and I both came to trust Marcus with his knowledge of the market, the properties pluses and minuses, etc.. We knew he had our best interests in mind. We knew Marcus was honest in what he said. 5. Extra mile - we live in Hong Kong and now must complete the deal via SKYPE, emails, etc. We believe Marcus has done many things for us beyond the normal agent because he wants to help us. I could go on but the point is that Marcus is a great agent. He has worked with us tremendously. We could not have gotten a better agent in our opinion. Word of advice - your agency should do everything it can t retain any real estate agent like Marcus.

We met Marcus at an open house after our original real estate agent with Home Smart turned out to be a real idiot. I flew in to town from Cali to find a place to live. She was unprepared and on top of that her electronic key didn't work the first lock box to house #1. We cruised around not knowing what we were looking for and not knowing the area. We popped into a home the Marcus was showing and everything got better he met us at a local restaurant after his showing and had lots of home that fit our needs and set up more for the next day before we left. We flew back a few weeks later Marcus had almost nearly 30 houses to choose from some yes some no. He took us to at least 20 homes in one day, I had to make a decision in a couple days and we did it with Marcus's help. I would recommend Marcus to anyone that is looking for a new home. Marcus was very professional, organized and was a pleasure to work with. We also had the pleasure of spending time with his lovely wife Michelle. I would give Marcus an A+ over all.
